Vishwaroopam 2 WW Pre Release Business

Universal Hero Kamal Haasan’s long delayed project Viswaroopam 2 is finally hitting the screens worldwide on 10th of this month. Telugu audience lost interest over the project owing to repeated postponements, but the film has done decent business here. Directed by Kamal Haasan himself, Viswaroopam 2 Telugu theatrical rights have been sold for Rs 5.5 crore. Considering Kamal Haasan’s flop streak, it is a good deal indeed. Viswaroopam 2 has done a total of 110.50 Cr pre-release business, including worldwide theatrical, satellite, digital and other rights. While Tamil rights were sold for 55 Cr, Hindi rights fetched 5 Cr for producers. Satellite and digital rights fetched 30 cr and 15 cr respectively.
