The Telangana CM Kcr has shocked political circles dissolving the government. His plucky decision is felt too hasty by his detractors, while it was said wise move by the loyalists of the caretaker CM.
Nevertheless, Kcr is said to have done the biggest blunder prior to dissolve the government. Hitherto, Kcr promised Telangana government employees that he would implement the recommendations of new Pay Revision Commission (PRC) from August 15. He broke his promise and couldn't even announce Interim Relief (IR) to the employees.
On the other hand, media houses speculated that Kcr would surely announce an IR between 25% and 32% before dissolving the government. Leaving a shocker to all employees, Kcr didn't do any favour to employees.
Moreover, Telangana government hasn't shown interest to abolish Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS) to employees. Teachers unified rules issue was also not solved by the TRS government. Obviously, most of the employees cursed that TRS would pay for its over confidence. Let's see if Kcr would put employees PRC issue in his manifesto or not.
