"Having gone through the rapid pace of the building's construction, AP CM Chandrababu Naidu is understood to have been showing utmost concern and respect on next Chief Minister unknowingly,"opines a political analyst.  "The ruling party of AP is facing an acute anti incumbency. Psephologists are predicting a humiliating defeat of TDP. As such, Amaravati's CM chamber and building might be dedicated to new CM by CBN," the analyst added.

On the other hand, opposition parties are alleging that the CM turned spendthrift and extravagant transferring all funds for Amaravati buildings ignoring the development of backward areas from Rayalaseema and North Andhra.
