Without middlemen nothing moves forward in any profession. RP Patnaik longtime back highlighted it in his film broker. Brokers are turning billionaires at the expense of others. One can understand their power when they come to known that a broker earned a whopping 3 crs by settling a 2 acrs land deal near Film Nagar darga.

Brokers are everywhere but are invisible in the film industry. Broker system is the strongest and largest especially supplying artists in Tollywood. Casting selection team should like an artist and casting coordinators entered the field long ago.

Artists often accuse that these casting coordinators deduct commission and then give their daily payments. Even if they are in good terms with the casting coordinators, production manager has more power. Even brokers make good amount showing their power in junior artists association.

For offers and daily wages, any aspiring actors should be in the good books of the brokers. Many girls who come up with dreams of becoming actors become easy prey to the brokers experiencing casting couch. When the brokers fight between themselves even more shocking revelations come out.

Telangana TV Movie artists association's loopholes got exposed. The association with 800 plus members is growing in strength posing a threat to AP TV Artists association. But artists and brokers are having huge differences.

Coordinators are collecting Rs 2500 even before providing them offers. Artists are told that they got selected when they go to any office and at the shooting spot, they are asked to shell out another Rs.2000. Coordinators are giving offers to those who are not in the union and the union members are ruing that they are not getting offers though they are staying in the shooting spot for more than 10 days.

Tollywood biggies need to take strong decision on this to save artists from casting coordinators and managers.
