Hit Director Replaced, But Why?

Actors like to work with hit directors and they don’t miss the chance to work with those provided them one or two hits earlier. Especially, most of the times, same director will helm sequels of a film series. Unlike this regular practice, young hero Adivi Sesh has changed director for sequel of his ambitious project Goodachari.

Sashi Kiran Tikka directed Goodachari which went on to become a super hit at box office. Many expected of the same director to helm its sequel as well. But, interestingly, Adivi Sesh roped in first timer Rahul Pakala who assisted script of Goodachari to helm the sequel.

Pre-production works of Goodachari 2 have begun and regular shoot will commence in second half of 2019. The film will be made on lavish budget, much higher than what was invested on first part and it will majorly be shot in some exotic foreign locals.

Many wonder why changing director, even though he rightly handled the first part. Will Adivi Sesh prove his decision to be precise?
