Young Rebel Star Prabhas' farm house seizure and his subsequent appeal against the revenue officials in the High Court is taking numerous  twists and turns as the hearing is underway during the past few weeks.

While Government lawyers argued that Prabhas is Baahubali and not Below Poverty Line to avail the benefits in the regularization scheme of the government, Prabhas' lawyers countered it that their client being a law abiding citizen paid property, electricity and water charges and even produced the bills.

Government lawyers contended that Prabhas' plea for regularization was rejected way back in 2015 and he did not respond to the notices sent by the revenue officials. High Court Judges V Ramasubramaniyan and Keshava Rao reserved the judgment after hearing the arguments.

They remarked that the officials did not follow rules when they acted against Prabhas and other litigants. They said had commoners approached them in similar case, they would have issued interim orders on the same day. They remarked that people like Prabhas are unaware of the real life villains.

When government lawyer argued that Prabhas and others like mafia are trying to encroach on government lands, Judges objected saying only law abiding citizens will approach courts for regularization.
