Natural Star Nani lost his seen after scoring consecutive flops with his last few films. He took some break and signed an experimental film Jersey with debut director Gowtham Tinnanuri. In the film, Nani will be seen in three different shades as a young guy, a middle aged man and an old man.
Nani feels it as an opportunity to prove that he can pull off challenging roles. He is spending adequate time on the project and putting maximum efforts to show variation a role with three different shades.
Nani has signed a film with Vikram Kumar long ago, but he is delaying to commence the film’s shoot as he is presently occupied with Jersey. Nani plays a cricketer Arjun in the film revolves around the life of a young and aspiring cricketer who turns a responsible husband.
As per insiders, Jersey is shaping up well in the hands of Gowtam and it is likely to touch 50 CR share mark at box office. Nani’s previous best was MCA which minted 40 Cr for its lifetime run. In fact, with the positive buzz on the film, demand is huge for theatrical and other rights.
