Adithya Varma Teaser: What’s Missing!

Arjun Reddy made Vijay Devarakonda an overnight star. Not just Telugu movie buffs, but entire nation lauded the film which was released with subtitles across the country. Arjun Reddy is being remade in Hindi and Tamil.

While Hindi version titled Kabir Singh is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga who helmed the original, the Tamil version titled Adithya Varma is directed by Gireesaaya who worked in direction department for Arjun Reddy. Teaser and trailer of Kabir Singh impressed one and all as Sandeep could create the same magic for Hindi version as well.

Adithya Varma teaser released today and it seems the film is frame to frame remake of Arjun Reddy. Although Dhruv Vikram, son of Chiyaan Vikram, looked cool and came up with good performance and the teaser has a lip-lock scene between the lead pair, we still feel something’s missing.

As is known, Bala initially directed the film which was scrapped as producers were not contended with the outcome. So, they roped in Gireesaaya for the film. Will the former protégé of Sandeep impress Tamil audience? We need to wait and see until the release of the film!
