IT Raids on TV9 Owner! BJP Teases YCP, TRS

in a significant development, I-T sleuths carried out raids on the properties, residences and offices of My Home Group's chief Jupally Rameswara Rao on Thursday. Around 200 IT officials took part in the raids. It must be remembered that Jupally is one of the partners of Alanda Media which acquired almost 90% stakes of popular TV news channel Tv9. 

It's speculated that Jupally is a close aide of Telangana CM KCR while another partner of Alanda Media Krishna Reddy has got close bonding with late YSR and YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. 

As a result, Tv9 appeared to have turned out to be biased on TRS and YSRCP parties post the general elections. 

And now, I-T raids on Tv9's head took political turn, as it seems. BJP, lately, has taken an aggressive approach to dominate in AP and Telangana politics. And truly, the party appeared to have got strengthened in Telangana and which is why it won 4 MP seats. On the other hand, Congress is on the verge of its disappearance. BJP wishes that it would be a right time to replace the Congress party in Telangana. 

Since TDP faced a debacle in general elections in AP, BJP has mulled over to emerge as an alternative political force in AP. Recently, 4 TDP MPs defected to the BJP. Given the I-T raids on Tv9 owners, the  lotus party has clearly sent  feelers to YSRCP that it would go for a combat against YSRCP soon.
