Sye Raa, Know Julius Packiam

Mega Star Chiranjeevi and the team of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is leaving no stone unturned to make this a memorable one. When AR Rahman opted out of the film, even before it went on floors, they roped in Bollywood composer Amit Trivedi to work on sound tracks.

Now, another Bollywood technician is signed to work for the prestigious project of Chiranjeevi. Background score specialist Julius Packiam who worked for several super hit Bollywood films such as Ek Tha Tiger, Dhoom 3, Kick, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Sultan, Tiger Zinda Hai etc. is now working for Sye Raa. He is expected to take the film to another level with his captivating BGM.

Set around 30 years prior to the India's first war of independence of 1857, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is the story of a freedom fighter, Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, who revolted against the British. For the first time, Chiru is playing a freedom fighter on screen.

Directed by Surender Reddy and produced by Ram Charan under the Konidela Production Company banner, the film also stars Sudeep, Vijay Sethupathi, Jagapathi Babu, Nayanthara, Tamannaah and Anushka Shetty. Amitabh Bachchan makes a guest appearance.

Sye Raa which is in post-production is slated for release on October 2nd as Gandhi Jayanthi Special.
