Ahead of Dear Comrade release, crazy young hero Vijay Deverakonda promoted the film quite aggressively visiting metropolitan cities like Mumbai. He even met Bollywood film maker Karan Johar.
Both Vijay and Karan said Dear Comrade will have a remake in Hindi. Furthermore, it was buzzed that Karan Johar requested Vijay to do the hero for Hindi version and offered Rs.40 crore remuneration. In spite of that hectic offer, Vijay turned down Karan's plea.
Sadly, the film stood as a dud at the box office. Both Karan and Vijay are now silent on Dear Comrade's Hindi remake.
In the meanwhile, a section of observers are arguing that Dear Comrade's Hindi remake and subsequent news reports are just gossips and none of the news connected to Dear Comrade's Bollywood remake is true. '"The film's Hindi remake report is just a beautiful lie," asserted the observers.
