Modi's Assurances to Kashmiris

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation on revoke of article 370. He gave assurance to Kashmiris of good governance and development. Following are the excerpts of his speech.

* Article 370 was a Stumbling Block for Jammu and Kashmir's  growth and which is why it was abrogated. 

* Kashmiri children couldn't proper education while the women were deprived of their democratic rights due to article 370. In short, J & K is going to be the hub of culture and theatre. 

* Repeal of the article 370 will help development in Kashmir. 

* Hereafter, Kashjiris will enjoy equal rights on par with the people of other states of India. 

* We will encourage private investments. 

* Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and many other film industries will shoot their films in this beautiful Kashmir soon.

* IITs, IIMs will be set up in Kashmir

* Corruption free government is ensured. 

* Kashmir will emerge as the world's best tourism hub.
