Did Malayalam Super Star Help Chiru?

Many got surprised when Mega Star Chiranjeevi who showed his power with Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy on screen, quickly announce his 153rd project. What shocked all is Chiranjeevi is starring in the remake of Malayalam hit Lucifer.

Mega fans got super excited when they got to know that the remake also features Chiru's son Ram Charan. Lucifer starred Malayalam superstar Mohan Lal and Prithvi Raj in important roles.

Inside talk is many top stars from Tollywood and Kollywood tried to get the rights of Lucifer. However, Lucifer makers refused all of them telling that they would produce the film in various languages. They did not bend down even when Super Star Rajinikanth and Thala Ajith contacted them for the rights.

Under these circumstances, many wondered how Chiranjeevi acquired the rights of Lucifer remake. Chiranjeevi and Mohan Lal share good bonding for decades. Mohan Lal after coming to know that Chiranjeevi has been trying to acquire the remake rights of Lucifer spoke to the producers and made them agree to sell the rights to Chiranjeevi.

The remake would be directed by Sukumar. It has to be seen whether Sukumar who is known to direct stories penned by him will agree to direct the remake.
