Who is the highest paid star in Tollywood? The answer was Mega Star Chiranjeevi until he quit films temporarily after he floated Praja Rajyam Party. Then, it was Power Star Pawan Kalyan who used to charge bigger than any other star, in absence of Chiranjeevi.

Before 2019 elections, Pawan Kalyan announced to bid adieu to films. Then, Super Star Mahesh Babu became the highest paid actor. Although Chiranjeevi made his comeback with Khaidi No 150 and then showed his box office power with Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, there’s no clarity on his remuneration as both the films were from his home production.

Mahesh Babu is said to be charging somewhere close to Rs 50 Crores for his ongoing project Sarileru Neekevvaru. As per the deal with his producers, the amount from digital rights will be given to Mahesh Babu who is acting as co-producer of the film directed by Anil Ravipudi.

Coming to Chiranjeevi, the megastar’s next will be with Koratala Siva. Ram Charan co-produces Chiru152 in association with Niranjan Reddy of Matinee Entertainments. De facto, Charan is investing nothing on the film, but he will be given equal share on profits as part of Chiranjeevi’s remuneration. So, Chiru will be getting far bigger pay than Mahesh Babu.

And last but not the least, Pawan Kalyan for his comeback film- Pink remake, he will be pocketing massive remuneration. He will initially be paid a good amount as advance and then he will get share from profits. So, both Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan would get almost equal pay for their next respective ventures.
