Competition is intense especially in the film industry for heroines. The span of the heroine is around five years and with newcomers flooding every passing day, there is a cut-throat competition. One flop will break their career and disappear from the industry.

Kajal gave a green signal to romance Kannada superstar Upendra in Kabja. She accepted since she got a different role. Tamannaah's career is diminishing in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi and so she set screens on fire with an item song in KGF. Later she refused offers in Kannada though she got flooded with many. Now with the changing situations, she is now sending feelers to Kannada and Malayalam filmmakers.

It is known that starring in other languages is the final option for these heroines who once ruled Tollywood. Fans are finding this easily as they are settling for lesser remuneration in lakhs in Kannada and Malayalam after receiving in crores in Tamil and Telugu.
