However of late, thanks to Rajamouli's Baahubali, many North Indian actresses are showing interest in starring in South movies. Bollywood beauty Alia Bhatt going on a signing spree in South is attracting the attention of all.

Alia Bhatt is currently starring in Rajamouli's upcoming multi starrer RRR featuring Mega Power Star Ram Charan and Young Tiger NTR. Now rumours are spreading that Alia Bhatt gave her consent for another Tollywood project.

It is known that Adivi Sesh is starring in Major based on Major Sundeep Unnikrishnan's supreme sacrifice. The film is directed by Goodhachari fame Sasikiran Tikka. Mahesh Babu is producing the film on his home banner Ghattamaneni Mahesh Babu Entertainment (GMB) in association with Sony Pictures Productions.The film is currently in the final stages.

Inside talk is the makers contacted Alia Bhatt for a crazy role in the film. It is not clear whether Alia is playing a powerful cameo or a full length role. It has to be seen whether Alia who is busy with high profile projects will give green signal to Major. Namrata Shirodkar and Mahesh Babu are seriously trying to rope in Alia Bhatt for their project.
