Sizzling beauty Samantha is surprising all doing different genre films after entering into wedlock Naga Chaitanya. She cast a magic spell with her performances in films like Rangasthalam, Majili and Oh Baby. She is now set to entertain with her performance sharing screen presence with Sharwanand in Jaanu, a remake of Tamil hit 96, which is releasing on February 7th. Meanwhile, Samantha shared her childhood incident saying her mom thought she failed.

She said, “During my college days this incident happened. My mother never forced me during my studies. I used to be strong on reaching my goal when I decided on it. I thought I would get 100/100 in commerce. But I started crying after the results came out and my mother thought I failed to clear the subject. Later she got shocked to know that I was crying as I got just 99 and not 100. My behavior did not change even when I entered films. I experience the same tension over my film releases. I become normal only when I hear the good talk about my film."

She added, “Do not think I am extremely talented after hearing my bragging. Sometimes luck too favors us. The same thing happened in the case of Rangasthalam. Frankly speaking, I was unaware of the entire story. I did the film knowing about my role Rama Lakshmi. Luck powered my hard work and it is common in the film industry."
