Not Worth Taking Risk On Naga Shaurya

Many expected Naga Shaurya to reach the next level after impressing all with the romantic entertainer Chalo. However, he got derailed off the success track. Though he did five films after Chalo, he failed to attract movie lovers. Even his recent release Aswathama failed at the box office.

Naga Shaurya turned writer for this film and a lot of hype was generated on Aswathama ahead of the release. However, it failed to cash in to the craze. The film did not even turn out to be below average at the box office bringing down Shaurya's market.

In the midst of all this, reports are coming that Naga Shaurya got another shock. It is known that recently a project with Naga Shaurya under Avasarala Srinivas' direction was launched. The project was to be produced by Sai Korrapati and they even completed a part of it.

Shooting is progressing at a snail pace as Shaurya committed other projects. Now close aides reveal that the project with Avasarala got canceled. Shaurya was supposed to do a schedule in the US. But the schedule getting delayed for more than a year, resulted in few setbacks. The makers felt that it is not going anywhere and canceled the project.

Another reason is the budget is crossing its limit for the storyline and the makers felt that considering Naga Shaurya's current market, it is not worth taking the risk. Rumors have it that Shaurya has no other option but to plan his next under his own banner.
