During the lockdown with many losing their jobs across professions, cybercriminals are targeting innocents and trying to siphon off their hard-earned money.
Cybercriminals who recently used the name of RX100 director Ajay Bhupathi to lure aspiring people with offers now used the name of the popular banner, Geetha Arts. Claiming that he was the designer, make-up man in Geetha Arts, he started chatting with girls and promised offers for them opposite Allu Arjun in his upcoming Pan India entertainer.
Geetha Arts which came to know about it, approached cybercrime cops and requested them to act against the criminal. Geetha Arts manager Satya lodged the police complaint and police started their investigation. Cops suspect the same gang which earlier used Ajay Bhupati's name could be using Geetha Arts name.
Cops are planning to write a letter to WhatsApp management to take stringent action against such criminals. It has to be seen where these developments head to.
