Radhe Shyam: Litmus Test to Prabhas in Hindi Belt

Thanks to India's number one director Rajamouli who proclaimed the power of Telugu cinema at national level with his Baahubali franchise. The phenomenal successes of Baahubali series films paved the way for Young Rebel Star Prabhas his Saaho film did decent business in Hindi belt. 

But then, Prabhas's ongoing film Radhe Shyam isn't carrying the pre release hype as Saaho film did. Admit that Saaho got all that hype banking on the success of Baahubali. However, Radhe Shyam will have the backdrop of Saaho which isn't lifting Radhe Shyam to the next level of expectations. 

There is yet another reason for the below par expectations of Radhe Shyam. Saaho's major star cast and technicians were taken from Bollywood and the film was made as an action entertainer. As such, the film connected to the Bollywood audience. When it comes to Radhe Shyam, it's made as a sensitive romantic tale. 

Whatsoever, Radhe Shyam will have to face a litmus test whether it would get sustained in the North circuit or not.
