All eyes are on film celebrities Krishnam Raju and Ashwini Dutt and discussions are on whether they will part away with their lands. The Airport Authority of India wrote letter to the Vijayawada district administration to handover the lands for the construction of domestic and international terminal building.
Airport director Madhusudhan Rao wrote a letter to Krishna district collector Imtiyaz to expedite the process of handing over the 70 acres lands handed to Krishnam Raju and Ashwini Dutt.
700 acres lands in and around Kesarapalli, Budhawaram, Ajjampudi, Dawajigudem, Allapuram, China Avutapalli villages have been allotted to AII for airport expensive. Krishnam Raju and Ashwini Dutt have 30 acres and 39 acres in Kesarapalli respectively.
They have signed the documents related to airport expansion while accepting the Amaravathi package. Collector Imtiyaz is holding consultations with the celebrities.
The question is will they part away with their lands in the wake of three capitals as the land rates came down or they persist with their ownership.
