Mahesh Babu Brings In Star Daughter For Major

Superstar Mahesh Babu’s latest production venture Major starring Adivi Sesh will resume its shoot very soon. Sobhita Dhulipala plays a crucial role in the film based on the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan. Adivi Sesh will step into the shoes of this NSG Commando, who rescued hostages during the 26/11 terror attack on the Taj Hotel in Mumbai and perished in his valorous mission.

Directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka, Major is a Telugu-Hindi bilingual. The makers have now confirmed that, Saiee Manjrekar who made her acting debut with Salman Khan’s Dabangg is playing an important role in Major. As is known, Saiee Manjrekar is daughter of Bollywood actor and director Mahesh Manjrekar.

Saiee Manjrekar will join the team from October in Hyderabad. Major is made on large scale under Sony Pictures Films India in association with Mahesh Babu's GMB Entertainment and A+S Movies. The film is likely to release in summer, 2021.
