Cop Spent 15 Years On Pavement As Beggar

In a heart-wrenching incident, a police personnel has been living a life of a Beggar for the past 15-years. The cop identified as Manish Mishra was discovered by his batchmates of 1999. Gwalior DSP Ratnesh Singh Tomar and Vijay Bhadoria who were on duty found an unkempt, lanky man on a pavement. Moved  by his plight, the two officials offered him help.

While one gave him a jacket, the other offered him food. As they struck a conversation with the man, they realized that he was their batchmate Mishra in IPS training. The cop Mishra lost his mental balance and has been living a life of Beggar. Realsing his situation, they joined him in a care centre.

Manish who was an SP had worked in various places in Madhya Pradesh. His last service was at Datia. In fact, his family has also been serving the police force.
