"Janasena is no more a top political party nor a fast emerging political party in the AP," a view expressed by a Jana Sainik in his internal chats with his friends.
Though Janasena lost the general poll battle in 2019, all the Janasena loyalists were satisfied with their president Power Star Pawan Kalyan's fighting spirit in the general elections. They pinned hopes on the growth of the party by leaps and bounds for the next general elections scheduled in 2024.
And then, when Pawan Kalyan formed a tie up with the BJP, Janasena workers wholeheartedly welcomed the party's chief decision as they felt the BJP would become a 'Thoka Party' (Tail party) to the Janasena in the state.
But then, like the poem 'Inthinthai Vatudinthai', the BJP is emerging the third biggest political party in the AP state and the Janasena is being confined to its 'Thoka Party (Tail Party). That's why, the BJP decided to contest in the Tirupati Lok Sabha by-polls while Janasena chief maintained stoic silence letting the BJP contest in the by-polls without any hiccups.
"The BJP has grown to the second biggest political party in Telangana state and it has fair chances to get the power in 2023's general elections. Likewise, the BJP wants to assume power in 2024's general polls in AP state. Being the head of a thoka party, Pawan Kalyan should work for the BJP victory in 2024's general elections," hoped a BJP activist.
