It Was Tempting Offer : Boney

Boney Kapoor is a popular Bollywood producer. He is now co-producing his first Tollywood film which is Pawan Kalyan’s Vakeel Saab. Boney Kapoor at the age of 65 is making his acting debut with Luv Ranjan’s film. But not many know that he was offered a role many years ago back then next to Sridevi, who became his wife later. Remeinicng the moment about the offer made by late Yash Chopra, he said that he was offered to play Sridevi’s love interest in Lamhe.

“The offer to play as Sridevi’s love interest was tempting as I could be close to her. I didn’t know how serious was the offer but it was played by Deepak Malhotra,” says Maiddan producer. He goes on to reveal that he had flew down to Switzerland to meet Sridevi in the pretext of work matter.
