Theatres Bandh in EG? Here Is Clarity

It had become a huge shocker to the film lovers pertaining to the East Godavari District as the speculations were mushroomed that the theatres would remain closed from the 16th of April in the district on too low ticket pricing issue. 

As is known, the YSRCP government brought an overnight G.O. on the ticket price cut and got it okayed through the high court's division bench. 

The speculations, later, took another turn as it was buzzed theatres from B and C centres only would be shut down whereas they run in all A centres. 

Finally, it's understood theatres in EG will run as usual from the 16th of this month. We have been hearing the reports that the film industry's bigwigs will be meeting the CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy soon to discuss ticket price issues. A solid resolution is expected to come out in the crucial meet. Theatres at B and C centres may run until that meeting with a ray of hope on ticket price hike.
