Akanksha about Jagapathi Babu,Sarath Kumar's Gharshana

Jagapathi Babu and Sarath Kumar are starring in a web series titled Gharshana directed by Vijay and Vishwanath. Akanksha Singh who played important roles in Malli Raava and Devadas, is playing a powerful role in the film.

Talking about her role, Akanksha said " Gharshana is a genre bending one unlike her earlier romantic and family dramas. I am playing the role which every girl in this era aspires to be like. My role in the film is independent'

About Jagapathi Babu and Sarath Kumar, she said they conversed about cinema and their experiences are insightful. She added that Jagapathi Babu even surprised her by sharing her lunch having andhra delicacies. The webseries will be streamed on Disney Hotstar OTT. The web series also stars Naveen Chandra, Kasturi,Teja Kakamanu and Ishaan in important roles. The webseries has two seasons and is produced by Arka Media Works.
