Vijay files a case against his parents

Ilaya Thalapathi Vijay shocked all by lodging a case against 11 people including his parents SA.Chandrasekhar and Shobha. Vijay in his complaint sought a ban preventing them to use his name or his fans' clubs' name by the 11 respondents.

It is known that Vijay's father registered a political party named All India Thalapathy Vijay Makkal Iyakkam with the Election Commission of India in 2020 sparking a rumor that Vijay would be entering politics. Vijay at that time issued a clarification that he had nothing to do with the party and asked his fans not to join the party.

Vijay found that his parents and 11 respondents have been using his name illegally for their political interests and Vijay turned furious and filed a complaint seeking directions preventing them not to use his name.
