Manchu Vishnu takes oath as MAA president

Movie Artists Association (MAA) elections concluded few days back and the Manchu Vishnu along with his team took oath at a grand swearing-in ceremony. Telangana Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav graced the event. However prominent seniors like Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna, and others did not attend the function.

While Manchu Vishnu personally invited Balakrishna, he chose not to attend the event. Rumors have it that Manchu Vishnu and Mohan Babu did not invite Chiranjeevi. Buzz is Manchu Vishnu did not invite Prakash Raj and his panel members who resigned from their posts.

Mohan Babu sent a veiled warning to the rivals asking them to stop issuing threats after the elections. Just like Mohan Babu, Naresh whom many are accusing of indulging in large-scale violence, launched a blistering attack. Targeting Prakash Raj panel members who said they will be questioning the performance, Naresh said the elected members are well experienced and they do not need anyone's certificate. He took a dig a Chiranjeevi who said MAA is a small association and added that it even Kohinoor is small but has immense value.

With media not allowed by the MAA, criticism is increasing on Mohan Babu for behaving like a dictator and implementing his use and throw policy.
