No Job & Gets Free Schemes: But Crying on Employees

'Survival of the Fittest,' theory might have been formulated by Herbert Spencer connected to biology. The theory, however, can easily be generalized as winners on the globe proved to be the fittest. Not all the people are hard workers. De facto, their number is predominantly higher than the hard working and skilled people. 

The people who are unwilling to take up hard tasks turn lazy. Since these lazy sections are bigger in numbers the governments woo them with innumerable sops and freebies ensuring to build vote banks with them. 

On the contrary, the skilled and hardworking people painstakingly get succeeded in all the competitive examinations and win government jobs. The lazy people who are getting freebies from the government cry on the government Employees out of extreme jealousy upon them. They allege that the government Employees are earning lakhs of rupees and are becoming corrupted. Are their allegations true? No way. There are many factors which assert the government Employees are way better than the lazy sections who are enjoying the freebies from the governments. Checkout the following. 

* Unlike aforementioned people who enjoy the government's welfare schemes without any work, the government Employees work hard for good governance and administration.

* The government Employees are regular tax payers. Every year, they are losing one month's salary towards IT. The jealous and lazy sections do not pay even a single paise of tax as they are termed 'Pedavaallu' by the governments.

* Yes, some government Employees are corrupted. But then, why should all other sincere Employees be to blame? It's the government and people's responsibility to make sure corruption is checked.

* Yes, some government Employees are drawing lakhs as their salary? Why shouldn't they? They are only a few among lakhs to have shown their abilities and are proven in their fields. They have all the rights to draw lakhs. One should not cry out of jealousy on them. Instead, one may take a leaf out of their book. It must be observed that a big number of skilled youth are offered lakhs and even crores by the corporate companies, nowadays.

* Currently 'Pedavaallu' are getting innumerable benefits from the governments under various schemes such as Amma Vodi, Vidya Deevena, Vasathi Deevena, White Ration Cards, Fee Reimbursement, Pensions, 25 paise interest and many subsidies. The beneficiaries should check whether they really deserve to get all these sops. They also have the responsibility to work hard, to pay tax and to serve the society to their best. Obviously, they will be freed from the jealousy of others.
