26 Districts: Just to Divert Employees Strike!

In a major development, the AP state government announced 13 New Districts in the state which makes the number of total districts shoot up to 26. 

Though the notification, too, was released accordingly and the governor Biswa Bhushan too proclaimed it in his Republic Day speech, it's unlikely to happen in reality. 

The union government gave strict orders to all the states, hitherto, not to announce New Districts untilt the population census would be completed. In short, there has been a freeze for the formation of New Districts. 

But then, why Jagan Reddy, all of a sudden, took the decision to form the New Districts? It's a simple strategy being understood by every Tom, Dick and Harry. To divert public attention from the employees' ongoing agitation against the faulty PRC, Jagan Reddy hurriedly has taken the decision to form 13 New Districts. But they may not be formed in his regime, as it appears now.
