Coming to the similarities, Rana going in the car through the forest looked similar and even his arrest with shorts also looked the same. Pawan Kalyan lathi charging the goons also looked the same. Few of the stunts also looked the same and even a few scenes. La La Bheemla's title song, tune looked a little similar in the original.

Creative changes could be noticed during Pawan Kalyan's introduction as the SI and his entry on the bike. The scene Rana showing his attitude in the police station is also highlighted. Though Prithviraj also showed a similar attitude, Rana's attitude is elevated to another level. Here Pawan Kalyan's heroism is also elevated, the way he picks up the gun in the station.

Nithya Menon's role is also elevated. The flashback is also highlighted. Nitya Menon entering the police station and questioning Pawan, didn't he shoot the vehicle with Rana in it, showed his courage. In the original, the role is rather subdued and though resilient and silent. In the original, they were shown having a baby. Here the baby was not shown.
