Thalapathy 66: Is he Vijay's dad?

Thalapathy Vijay recently entertained with his action entertainer Beast. The film directed by Nelson Dilip Kumar entered into the Rs 100crs club in just two days proving once again his enormous stardom and fan following for Vijay. All eyes are on Vijay's upcoming entertainer under the direction of Vamsi Paidipally. The project referred to as Thalapathy 66 is produced by Dil Raju recently it was launched and the shooting is in full swing.

Vijay is romancing Rashmika Mandanna in the film and in the meantime speculation is on Sarath Kumar's role in the film. Inside talk is Sarath Kumar will be seen as Vijay's father in the film. The music for the film is scored by Thaman. The project is made in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi languages.

Dil Raju revealed “Vamsi Paidipally has come up with a beautiful storyline. When I listened to it, I loved it. Vijay also listened to the story and said that he has not heard a story like this in twenty years. If there are no delays in the shoot due to Covid-19, then the film will release on Diwali. If it misses Diwali, it will release on Sankranti 2023.”
