Nayanthara twist in surrogacy

The moment Nayanthara and Vignesh Sivan shared the good news that they have become proud parents of the twins, it resulted in a huge controversy. Tamil Nadu health minister M Subramanian ordered a probe as the surrogacy laws in the country do not permit surrogacy under normal circumstances.

In the midst of all this, reports are coming that Nayanthara and Vignesh Sivan are now planning an escape route. Now to escape from capital punishment they claimed that their marriage was registered in 2016 itself and signed the surrogacy contract in December 2021.

With the Government enacting the surrogacy law in 2021, they will get a clean chit from the courts as these laws will not affect them. The couple already submitted the affidavits regarding their claims in court and in front of the investigative officers, so they will escape from punishment.
