Acclaimed Director In Talks For Superstar Next

Superstar Rajinikanth is currently shooting for Jailer. The film which is directed by Nelson Dileepkumar is billed as an action film with black comedy blending all Rajinikanth elements. This Sun Pictures production has ensemble cast with Shiva Raj Kumar, Mohan Lal and Shiva Karthikeyan, but all are doing extended cameo roles. Trisha is doing an important role in Jailer while Ramya Krishna is the female lead. Recently Telugu actor Sunil look from Jailer is revealed. The film has completed 90% of its shoot and is getting ready to release in April this year. Rajinikanth is in talks with much acclaimed Jai Bhim film director TJ Gnanavel for his next as Hero.

Meanwhile Rajinikanth will be doing cricket based film Lal Salam in the direction of his daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth. He will be doing a special role while Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth will play lead roles. Director Gnanavel has recently narrated story to Rajinikanth and he is mighty impressed with the plot dealing with social issues. He asked the director to prepare a full bound script. But, Suriya who was the hero of Jai Bhim also asked Gnanavel to come up with a story and the team has already announced that there will be sequels to Jai Bhim. So, we have to wait to know which one gets finalised with whom.

Suriya is currently doing a film with Director Siva in Ganavelraja's Production. The film is being made as a pan India project mounted on a large scale. UV Productions also jointly producing this film.
