Malavika Mohanan on her role in Thangalaan

Malavika Mohanan spoke to scribes and revealed about her role in Vikram's Thangalaan. Thangalaan is directed by PA.Ranjith and has a 1800 KGF backdrop.

Malavika Mohanan shared "So I am working on 'Thangalaan' with Ranjith sir and Vikram sir. My character in the film is extremely, she needs to look very athletic, like a fighter. So Ranjith sir wanted a very ripped body, very toned and super tight body. Unfortunately for that I had stop eating my biriyani and start training really hard, which is why I have lost weight. It's for this role and as soon as I am done, I will be back to eating my cakes and my brownies and what not."

The film also stars Parvathy Thiruvothu and Pasupathy Masilamani in important roles. The music for the film is scored by GV.Prakash Kumar.

The film is in the final schedule and Gnanavel Raja is bankrolling the film under his Studio Green banner.
