India International travel expo begins

Hyderabad,Nov 28 (INN): Director of Egyptian Consulate Tourism in India,Mr Adel Al Massry on Saturday inaugurated India's premier Travel and Tourism Exhibition at Kotla Vijay Bhaskar Reddy Indoor Stadium in Yousufguda in the city.Organised by Sphere Travelmedia and Exhibitions, the 44th edition of India International Travel mart showcases a variety of travel destinations, pilgrimages,adventures and modes of tours to beaches and hills.

The event will have 150 participants including Tourism delegates,hoteliers and tour operators from Dubai,Egypt,Nepal,Caribbean,Mauritius and Sri Lanka.Speaking on the occasion,Sphere Travelmedia director Sanjay Hakhu said India, despite the recession is fast emerging as a most productive country for the travel trade in the world.A combination of factors is responsible for the growth and demand of travel trends from India.Dubai and Egypt Tourism are the partner countries for the three-day event concluding on Nov 30.
