JNTU exams puts off,colleges shut

Hyderabad, Dec 24: In view of the prevailing unrest in the Telangana districts, the engineering colleges affiliated to the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University here have been ordered to be closed till Dec 30.Talking to newsmen on Thursday, JNTU Vice-Chancellor D N Reddy said it was decided to close all colleges affiliated to the varsity in view of the student unrest in some educational institutions in the wake of the call  for stir for Telangana statehood.Reddy also said in view of the closure, it was decided to postpone all engineering, MBA, MCA, M.Tech examinations scheduled to be conducted in December.
