Written test for SI, constables put off

Hyderabad, Jan 12: Director General of Police R R Girish Kumar on Tuesday said the written test for the recruitment of constable, assistant sub-inspectors, sub-inspector posts will be held on Jan 27, in the Communications, PGO and FPB departments, has been postponed indefinitely.

According to DGP, the revised date of conducting the exams and schedule will be informed to the candidates soon.He also said the written test for recruitment of women constables --civil and armed reserve—has been postponed. The revised date of examinations will be announced in newspapers and displayed on police website.
