R-Day medals for police personnel

Hyderabad, Jan 25: As many as 34 police officials were named recipients of the President and Police medals under various categories on Monday by the Director General of Police through a press note to mark the Republic Day celebrations..The officials, to be awarded on the 60th Republic Day function are Kode Durgaprasad, additional DGP (Training) and Venkat Ashok Reddy, Additional DCP (Traffic). The two will get the President’s medal, while 13 other brave men will get the Gallantry award and 19 for exemplary service.
