4 Districts In Telangana Unable To Contain Corona

Greater Hyderabad, Vikarabad, Nizamabad and Suryapet are the four districts in Teangana where the spread of Coronavirus is very high. While Hyderabad recorded a total of 430 cases, Nizamabad in second place with 59 cases and Suryapet witnesses sudden rise in Corona cases for last few days. The district registered 54 cases, wherein Vikarabad recorded 34 cases.

While 15 districts registered single digit cases, the spread of virus is almost contained in seven districts. Districts like Karimnagar and Warangal have become successful in containing the spread of the virus.

With this latest development, most of the areas in Suryapet town were declared as containment zones, where people are not allowed to come out from their houses not are outsiders allowed to enter the areas.

According to the officials, major Covid-19 positive cases were primary contacts of the ninth positive case, who belongs to Kothagudem Bazar in the town.
