Nivetha Thomas' 35 Chinna Katha Kaadu: Artists Review

Nivetha Thomas slipped into the role of the housewife effortlessly. She showed good emotions and expressions and good bodylanguage as a mother is a dropout from school but who wishes to see her son excel in studies. Viswadev Rachakonda did well in the role of husband and he supported Nivetha Thomas perfectly. Children Arun Dev and Abhay played their part in a good manner.

Priyadarshi made his presence felt in the role of the math teacher and he as usual attracts and entertains with his antics and expressions. Bhagyaraj and Gautami performed well in their roles bringing their experience. Others did justice to their roles.

Priyadarshi's 35 Chinna Katha Kaadu: Technicians Review

35-Chinna Katha Kaadu directed by Nandakishore Emani is a realistic take on children's interaction with their parents and teachers and how their behavior impacts them. Nandakishore came up with an interesting concept and starts the narration in a good way introducing the family in a realistic way.

He highlighted how parents or teachers avoid questions posed by children when they cannot find answers themselves and how this inturn affects them. He gave good message to the parents and teachers on how to answer the questions of children and make them understand the concept.

But the story are sometime assumes routine shades and predictable lines and the slow pace hampered the film's process. Screenlay and direction is ok to some extent and with lack of entertaining and commercial elements, viewers may find it testing to sit through the entire duration.

Vivek Sagar's tunes are situational and all the songs look similar. Background music is in sync with the storyline. The cinematography of Niketh Bommireddy is appealing and realistic. He gave a natural and realistic feel to the story and narration. Prasanna's editing is ok but could have been far better. There are many scenes that dragged the narration and inturn affected the film's output. Dialogues are good and production values are fine.
