Buddy tells the story of Aditya Ram (Allu Sirish), a pilot, and Pallavi (Gayatri Bharadwaj) an Air Traffic Controller, whose love story takes a supernatural turn when Pallavi's soul gets trapped in a teddy bear. How Pallavi as a Teddy bear with the help of Aditya finds her body forms the rest of the story with thrills and action. What is the motive of doctor Ajmal Ameer behind this? Buddy Telugu Movie: Artists Review 

The film has some plus points, including Allu Sirish's acceptable performance and entertaining scenes with the teddy bear. He brings a perfect balance of humor and action to the role. Gayatri Bharadwaj adds charm as the heroine.  Prisha Rajesh Singh adds a touch of sweetness and vulnerability as Nila. The supporting cast, including Ajmal Amir, Mukesh Rishi, and Ali, provide the necessary comic relief and depth to the narrative.
