Darling story is all about a youngster who is raised by his mother with a premonition that good education brings good wife and how this impacts his life in future.  

"Darling" follows Raghav (Priyadarshi), a young man with a simple dream: to marry the girl of his choice and embark on a romantic honeymoon in Paris, France. Driven by this aspiration, Raghav diligently saves every penny from his salary, envisioning a future filled with love and adventure.

However, when his dreams seem to slip away, Raghav encounters the beautiful Anandhi (Nabha Natesh), igniting a spark within him. He impulsively decides to marry her, setting in motion a series of unexpected events that alter the course of his life.

Darling story readied by Aswin Ram is a rom com. Aswin Ram's "Darling" attempts to tickle the funny bone with a unique premise: a female lead struggling with multiple personality disorder. While the initial premise sparks curiosity, the film quickly loses its momentum, succumbing to a predictable and stale comedic approach.

The film's pacing is agonizingly slow, with the director opting for a drawn-out narrative that feels bloated and redundant. The humor, far from being hilarious, relies heavily on tired tropes and predictable gags, failing to evoke laughter or create genuine amusement.

The characters are poorly developed, lacking depth and memorability, further contributing to the film's overall lackluster feel. The second half, mirroring the first, offers no respite, dragging the audience through a tedious journey of repetitive scenes and uninspired jokes.

The concept of multiple personality disorder, which could have been a compelling plot point, loses its intrigue due to the film's weak execution.
