Behind the Movie Hrudaya Kaleyam: Burning Star Sampoornesh Babu is a revelation on social networking which directly promoted this movie, directed by Steven Shankar. By the very name, film appears to be a funny entertainer and let us see how safe is this?

In the Movie Hrudaya Kaleyam: Story begins with Sampoo aka Sampornesh Babu (Sampoornesh Babu) introduced as a specialist in heist operations. His team robs only Electric Shops while a team of Police headed by Bhairav Rathore is appointed by Indian PM to chase Sampoo. Using roommate Shwasa (Ishika), who is madly in love with our hero, police finally catch Sampoo where in the actual flashback is narrated. Why is Sampoo targeting only Electric Shops? Why an A to Z entrepreneur Sampoo who made India proud by discovering Neelu Samputer 1.25, a modern day low price computer is today a thief? What is the biological challenge Sampoo took for saving his lover Neelu (Kavya Kumar)? Why International Computer Manufacturing Companies appointed a Black Villain Mamba to kill Sampoo?

Values & Out of the Movie Hrudaya Kaleyam: The strange formula director Steven Shankar followed is, ‘I gave the Worst which is Differently Best in Entertainment.’ We might have seen directors attempting with spoofs of star heroes or other new approaches to generate fun. Keep all of them aside…‘Hrudaya Kaleyam’ began a new genre of Serious Comedy. Right from the first scene, Sampoo’s physical appearance and flagrant mannerisms dominated the show. Most importantly supporting star cast might be full of newcomers yet they added to punch.

For a low budget movie, this is surely a lavish expenditure because scenes which are re-shot after Sampoo becoming the craze on internet came out rich with finesse. Story and scripting wise, comic first half and serious subject in second half with an aided flashback is innumerably dealt. Despite a decomposed tale, Steven Shankar’s writing abilities provoke the sparks for every five to six minutes. Non sense comedy, over the board logic less threads are hard to digest and easy to giggle. If you are still confused on what I am saying, that’s the madness in film you should have to identify.

Performance wise, Sampoo is inferior to an elementary apprentice. Neither does he have a body nor facial glamour nor basics in acting. All these dumb moves result in enjoyment for patrons. Same do apply for heroines Kavya Kumar and Ishika Singh. Two artists who have done the police characters snored farce humor with over reactions. Of the rest in Sampoo’s gang and the FRCS doctor well elevated Sampoo’s heroism.

For a small movie, cinematography of Carpenter and editing by Karthi is adequate work. Production wise, Sai Rajesh Neelam also needs to be appreciated. On musical front, except the Sampoo song, everything including the BGM is below average output. A special mention is needed for Steven’s dialogues which ran the show.

Overall, leave your brain, heart and lever at parking lot before entering theater. Do not raise any questions and then you might enjoy this foolish, insane comedy with countless blunders. Important and cautious note, if you are unaware of who is Sampoo and what was there in ‘Hrudaya Kaleyam’ trailers, then never take a chance to enter in cinema hall because ‘Watching Hrudaya Kaleyam is Comically Injurious to Health.’ Finally, it’s highly impossible for any reviewer to judge the commercial stamina in this kind of a film.
