The story of MAD revolves around a group of young individuals who initially enter Engineering College as freshmen and the transformations they undergo when they decide to pursue this course despite their initial reservations. Manoj (Ram Nithin), Ashok (Narne Nithin), and Damodar (Sangeeth Shobhan) quickly become close friends after joining the Engineering College, earning themselves the playful nickname MAD.

The narrative follows their journey through the four years of college life, offering insights into their experiences, challenges, and personal growth.
